MINORITIES

IAMG

The Illinois Association of Minorities in Government (IAMG) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality and future of minority employees in government. IAMG represents a statewide membership, with a 15-member board of directors, an executive director and staff.

Each year IAMG conducts a "State of the State of Minorities in Government conference." We provide employee training, professional development, and networking opportunities for  members. Other IAMG activities include a quarterly newsletter, Open Houses, and will provide an interactive Web-site in the very near future.
